During the rebuilding process the following steps are taken:

1. We disassemble, clean, and inspect the paper cutter.
2. We machine the major components to like-new tolerances, or replace them as needed following the manufacturer's original specifications.
3. We repaint and refinish the paper cutter's components.
4. We reassemble the paper cutter, modernizing controls and safety systems as needed and double-checking units and subsystems. We then test the paper cutter to make sure that it functions as new or better in every respect.
